Requirements
- Have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Be an admitted Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
- Have five (5) years' post-admission experience as a Legal Adviser in the legislative or public sector, or in the areas of constitutional or public law.
- Experience and knowledge of relevant branches of the Law, such as Constitutional Law, Parliamentary Law, Administrative Law, Labour Law, Law of Contract, Public International Law and Interpretation of Statutes and Electoral Law.
- This post is subject to a six (6) month probation period.
