Purpose
- The successful incumbents will each be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of legal advisers within the Constitutional and Legal Services Office.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Administration or Law and 3 years’ relevant experience in Administration position.
- A paralegal qualification or experience will be an advantage.

- General Administrative and planning skills;
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality;
- Good command of English (oral and written communication skills);
- Ability to find information from the Internet; and
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support, including managing queries, appointments, assets, procurement and invoice / payment management (including preparing draft memoranda), and keeping record of work produced by the team and financial transactions of the team, meeting management;
- Correspondence handling, including processing and directing correspondence, record keeping and following up on the completion of instructions and the development and compilation of reports;
- Maintaining office systems, such as filing, maintaining registers used by the team, sourcing and categorising documentation and maintaining databases related to such documentation, maintaining contact databases, assist with the compilation of team reports and take and maintain minutes of team meetings; and
- Acting as liaison with offices of the Presiding Officers, Institutional Managers, Political Parties, Service Providers and other stakeholders, which may include sending off deliverables, and following up for signatures and further instructions.
