Requirements
- Applicants should be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate.
- No experience is required.
- A valid driverโs license will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of legal terminology, Court procedures, rules and environment, counter services, filing system, understanding of legislative governing the Public Service (Batho Pele Principles & PSR), computer literacy (Microsoft Office), typing skills (speed 35 words per minute) Dictaphone typing skills, good problem-solving skills, effective communication skills (written and verbal), time management skills, client orientation and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Type court orders, court documents and reports, type appeals, reviews, memorandums, reports, minutes, circulars, notice of set downs, witness statements and taxing master reports, type Rule 6(12) orders and make available in terms of the rule, type notices, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing files, compile term roll, weekly roll and un/opposed motion rolls and maintain registers, draft term rolls for each court term in line with the Gazetted terms, type supplementary rolls, compile and submit relevant orders to relevant stakeholders.

- The assessment will evaluate candidatesโ managerial competencies using standardised tools.

Remuneration
- R201 093 โ R236 877 per annum (Level 04).
