Purpose
- The purpose of the graduate programme is to provide work exposure to qualified graduates by bridging the gap between the world of study and the workplace for young professionals for a period of 12 months.
Requirements
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) / Degree (NQF Level 7) and Honours Degree (NQF Level 8):
- Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering
- Quality Management
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Human Resource Management OR Human Resource Development
- Industrial Psychology
- Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing
- Marketing, Digital Communication, Public Relations
Responsibilities
- This graduate programme will be based on a formalised and agreed programme of activities aimed at transferring knowledge and skills to the graduate.
- The graduate will be mentored and coached.
