Human Resources Assistant (FTC 12 months)

The Human Resources Assistant is required to perform a full generalist human resources function.
This includes industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training, counselling, and the supervision of administration processes.
The incumbent s further required to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and to interact with members of the staff, management, external companies/agencies associated with Netcare as well as members of the public.

A three-year Degree or a Diploma in human resources management or an equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.
Human resources generalist experience in a private hospital setting is essential.
Recruitment experience is essential.
Experience with HR/Payroll administration is essential.
Experience in training and development is advantageous.
Experience in co-ordinating people related activities and events is advantageous.
