Purpose
- To facilitate the Corporate Social Investment plan of the organisation
Requirements
- Marketing related degree/diploma, project management
- 3 years in the marketing environment, CSI projects
- Events management and project management
- A qualification in Social Science / community-based liaison experience, events management and project management

- Organised and with good administrative skills
- Ability to handle multi projects at the same time
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to travel and work odd hours

Responsibilities
CSI strategy development and implementation
- Responsible for developing the organisation’s corporate social investment strategy.
- Identify internal and external programs to be implemented.
- Prepare an annual CSI action plan for ATNS.
- Collaborate with the various functions to ensure proper implementation of programs and identify ways to enhance the process if needed.
- Managing the funding application process together with the CSI Committee.
- Visiting the projects to ensure that the funds provided are effectively expended and verified the existence of projects (risk mitigation).
- Provide assistance with the management of project launching events.
- Manage the relationship with non-profit organisations and identify the best collaboration opportunities.
Administration of the CSI projects
- Prepare for CSI budget.
- Manage and monitor CSI budget.
- Manage the disbursement of funds.
- Ensure that social and economic development components of B-BBEE scorecard accurately reflect performance.
Internal and external awareness of CSI projects
- Responsible for the internal and external awareness of the CSI programme.
- Ensure all CSI activities are covered by PR team and Internal Communication.
- Responsible for preparing CSI related information for the website and other publications.
- Liaising with the projects (community, project owners etc and other related stakeholders).
- Manage volunteering initiatives and ensure proper implementation of activities including all required logistics and related Public Relation.
