Purpose

  • The area of specialisation is to manage the acquire customer process in the operating cluster in line with customer services operations, objectives and value chain processes.

Requirements
  • B Degree / BTech / National Higher Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Marketing / Finance / Project Management / Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
  • 5 years related experience in Customer service, marketing, project management

Responsibilities
  • Manage the acquire customer function process implementation.
  • Plan and optimise acquiring customer processes.
  • Liaise with service partners to ensure timeous connections for customers.
  • Provide support for the implementation of a client office framework and customer acquisition projects.
  • Manage delivery service and employees.
