B Degree / BTech / National Higher Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Marketing / Finance / Project Management / Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
5 years related experience in Customer service, marketing, project management

Customer service value chains and processes
Wires processes, marketing concepts
Understanding of customer`s business, market sectors, customer services theories and best practices
Eskom`s policies and procedures affecting Eskom customers
Contractual and commercial understanding, relevant systems

Skills

Manage the acquire customer function process implementation.
Plan and optimise acquiring customer processes.
Liaise with service partners to ensure timeous connections for customers.
Provide support for the implementation of a client office framework and customer acquisition projects.
Manage delivery service and employees.
