• Diploma in Finance/Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, Creditors, Banking, Pastel experience

• Degree in finance and/or related field of study
• Minimum of five years hands on financial management/accounting experience, management accounts and income and expenditure statements
• Minimum of five years hands on experience in compiling donor financial reports in a research grants environment
• 3 – 5 years staff management experience
• Experience in drafting Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
• Audit experience
• Minimum 3 years working knowledge of SAP or similar financial package

Advantageous:

• Valid code 08 driver’s license

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or studies towards a relevant tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous.
• 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience gained in the automotive industry would be advantageous.

• Tertiary qualification - Financial / Accounting degree or diploma with minimum five years’ experience as an Accountant.
• Proven expertise in managing effective donor project cycle management process in terms of financial management and reporting.
• Minimum two years’ experience of financial management and administration in complex donor project context which include multiple grant relationships with private sector, NGO and government entities.

• Matric / Grade 12
• Post Matric certificate advantageous Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
• 3 years previous data capture, filing and retrieval experience

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information systems, Data Analytics, or Business Management is required.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in Data Collection & Analytics, Interpreting, Analyzing, Reporting and Visualization for Finance, Budgeting, Accounting, Auditing, Economic and/or Business Administration with an emphasis on strategic planning and analytical reporting.
• Demonstration of advanced capabilities in SharePoint development, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, data analytics in a financial management environment and experience with Business Intelligence applications.
• Requires considerable individual judgement.
• The variety and type of transactions processed requires a professional understanding of Accounting / Vouchering / Cashiering / Reporting systems, policies and procedures.

• An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification);
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
