Purpose

  • The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render a general administration support services.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
Skills & Competencies
  • Communication (written and verbal);
  • Planning and organising;
  • Report writing;
  • Proven computer literacy.
Responsibilities
  • Render general clerical support services: Record, organise, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data (line function);
  • Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component: Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component;
  • Maintain a leave register for the component: Capture and update expenditure in component.
