Purpose
- Accurate collation, investigation, and control of retailer claims, ensuring that all documents are recorded and distributed to the various departments within the DC on time and actioned in a proper manner. Sending statements electronically to relevant stores.
- Checking and filling of weekly miscellaneous vouchers.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Matric.
- 2 years experience.
- Similar work experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Debtor Finance.
- Microsoft Office.
- Office Administration.
- English: Overall - Fluent.
Responsibilities
- Collect all retailer claims sent to the Distribution Centre on a daily basis
- Maintain a claims register recording all relevant details pertaining to date received, actioned, etc.
- Liaise with creditors clerks, buyers, and warehouse regarding claims queries
- Collating claim statistics for SPAR Eastern Cape
- Assisting debtors’ recon clerks with any other debtors related issues
- Any other reasonable task or instruction
- Monitoring claims on Gateway.
