Alumni Relations Officer (Intelligence and Engagement Support)

To comprehensively administer, maintain and safeguard the alumni database and undertake public domain information searches to enhance member profiles and render support to stakeholder engagement events.

A three year post matric / tertiary qualification.
A minimum of three years administrative and/or public relations/marketing experience involving working with databases/CRM systems and event organisational support.

Maintaining all aspects of the alumni database including regular updating of membersâ€™ data and importing new data as required.
Analysing and reporting alumni data and creating reports on a regular basis.
Producing detailed profiles for friend raising and fundraising activities as well as communication using all available platforms and sources.
Support rendered to engagement friend- and fundraising activities to ensure optimal impact and improved member interactions.
Responding to alumni online and alumni info desk queries
