Contact Centre Consultant

Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Consultant to handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Western Cape Central Distribution Unit (WC CDU) customers.

Grade 12
Learner Basic/Qualified Basic
Knowledge of Western Cape Chronic Unit (WC CDU) and or Medipost Operations and processes 1-2 years.
Basic capturing experience.
Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Administration tasks completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Inbound and outbound calls handled professionally and with very strict confidentiality within SOP’s and SLA.
Resolve calls logged by Facilities and patients within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
Record calls logged by Facilities and patients onto the Query Log as per SLA.
Escalate clinical queries to relevant qualified personnel
Investigate email queries, log and respond in a professional manner.
Assist with any ad hoc task as required by Management or CDU operations.
