Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Maintain shelf stock levels by replenishing fresh, quality products and ensuring proper stock rotation and waste reduction.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards during all food handling and merchandising activities.
Identify and report quality concerns, stock sell-outs, and suspicious activities to management.
Ensure shelves are organised neatly in accordance with planograms, shelf edge labels, and the Gap policy.
Support shrinkage minimisation efforts by following stock management protocols and reporting acts of dishonesty.
Demonstrate product knowledge by advising customers on product features, benefits, and available alternatives.
Work cooperatively within the team and maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanour under pressure.
Attend team meetings and participate actively to understand daily priorities and targets.
