Responsibilities

• Implement human resource administration practices (Recruitment and Selection).
• Implement conditions of service (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILIR or etc.).
• Facilitate performance management function.
• Address human resource administration enquiries.
