Purpose

  • CapeNature is seeking to appoint an administration assistant to manage the administrative tasks within the Contact Centre.
  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the Contact Centre.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Tourism or Administration
  • No criminal record
  • Ability to write and communicate in any two of the Western Cape official languages
  • In possession of a valid ID document

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Punctual, neat, and responsible
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Resourceful, problem-solving and initiative taking
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities

Administrative support

  • Ensure all events, official use and third-party requests have been responded to timeously and that the request has been received within the stipulated timeframe prior arrival date as per the SOP.
  • Administer and ensure thorough processing of staff booking
  • Administer & follow up on deposits due to ensure payments are received with in the stipulated
  • To ensure that closures are affected timeously, all bookings have been removed, clients have been contacted and reserves have been informed of bookings/revenue affected as per the closures SOP.

Adherence to internal policy and procedure

  • Adhere to CRS Business rules
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of CapeNature Terms
  • Compliance to PMFA and internal finance policy and procedure Adherence to daily schedule and work

Contact Centre Support

  • Provide reports to Contact Centre Lead/Manager to ensure quality standards

Customer Service

  • Attend to all (internal and external) customer enquiries

Sales Growth and revenue

  • Respond to all customer enquiries and requests and convert them to realised
