Requirements
- Minimum educational requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the hot foods counter, greeting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Prepare and serve quality products following company policies, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage stock effectively by maintaining visually appealing displays, conducting stock rotation, and minimising waste.
- Apply selling skills by understanding customer needs, advising on product options, and offering suitable alternatives.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, including awareness of new lines and promotions.
- Adhere to shop-keeping disciplines, completing required documentation such as temperature records and price adjustments promptly.
- Report any dishonesty or shrinkage incidents to management, ensuring stock security.
- Exhibit personal leadership by maintaining attendance, dress code, hygiene, and punctuality standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings to understand daily focus and contribute constructively to team effectiveness.
