Purpose

• The area of specialisation is to provide and support efficient personalised generic and interface customer services to Eskom's residential customers in a defined geographical area.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NCV4 / NSC3 / N3 and languages / Diploma / Certificate Low-voltage official at NQF4 with 120 credits
• 2 years basic understanding of electricity
