Purpose
- We are seeking an exceptional, young, vibrant and dynamic Personal Assistant to join our growing professional services firm.
- This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and confident individual who thrives in a fast paced and highly pressurised environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The successful candidate will provide executive support to senior management while ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the office.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence advantageous.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage executive diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate special projects and administrative initiatives.
- Manage key clients
- Work after hours if required
- Office Management Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and administration.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.
- Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and office events.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee records.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.

- We are not looking for an ordinary administrator.
