Purpose

  • We are seeking an exceptional, young, vibrant and dynamic Personal Assistant to join our growing professional services firm.
  • This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and confident individual who thrives in a fast paced and highly pressurised environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • The successful candidate will provide executive support to senior management while ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the office.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 / National Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Valid driver’s licence advantageous.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management and punctuality skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Assistant Duties
  • Manage executive diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
  • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate special projects and administrative initiatives.
  • Manage key clients
  • Work after hours if required
  • Office Management Duties
  • Oversee daily office operations and administration.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and office events.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
  • Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
