Purpose
- The Parliament of South Africa is seeking a capable and dynamic practitioner to serve as the Team Administrator in the Human Capital Division: Talent Management Section.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, logistical, secretarial, research, and finance administration support to the Talent Management Office, supporting the effective implementation of talent management programmes, operational excellence, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- A National Diploma in Human Resources/ Behavioural Science at an NQF level 6
- A minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in one or more of the following:
- HR Administration
- Administration, including logistics, secretarial support, and record keeping. o Supporting research activities, including data collection
- Assisting with finance administration tasks such as invoicing, expenses tracking or procurement.
- Liaising, coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Talent Management processes and procedures
- Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures
- Knowledge of the full Human Capital Value Delivery Chain
- Knowledge of procurement/sourcing administrative processes and requirements
- Knowledge of record-keeping processes and procedures
- Good planning and organising skills
- Good data and information capturing and sourcing skills.
- Excellent computer literacy skills and proficient in the MS365 suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Copilot, Teams etc.)
- Good knowledge and application of setting up various survey collection tools (Google forms Microsoft forms, Survey Monkey, etc)
- Good project administrative skills
