Purpose
- To perform and manage talent sourcing and its advisory services, focusing on the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled worker candidates through initiative taking recruitment techniques, ensuring the clients’ workforce requirements are supplied with the best available human talent in an efficient, effective and structured manner.
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma/Advanced Certificate NQF Level 6
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF L7) an added advantage
- 3-5 years of Talent Sourcing experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Talent Sourcing processes.

Responsibilities
- Compilation of adverts ensuring the correctness thereof
- Placement of adverts on applicable media
- Provide an effective recruitment advisory service to HRBPs
- Selection process, inclusive of shortlisting, interviews, competency assessment and credential verification
- Submission for nomination in terms of preferred candidate and appointment and regret letters finalisation
- Keep up to date with applicable prescripts, policies and procedures as well as new developments
- Relationship Management.
