HC Business Partner

The Human Capital Business Partner partners with managers and employees to ensure effective people management practices that support business objectives.
The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, compliance, and HC governance.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, Law, or a related field
5–8 years' experience as a HC Business Partner in a manufacturing and unionised environment.
Demonstrated experience in labour law and employee relations, with sound knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, EEA, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and union engagement.
Leading an HC team would be advantageous
Experience in workforce planning and budgeting processes would be advantageous

Support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
Drive performance management and talent development processes.
Manage succession planning and retention initiatives.
Drive end-to-end management of employee relations matters, including discipline, grievances, incapacity, and CCMA representation.
Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Maintain HC records, organograms, and job profiles.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and audit requirements.
Manage all HC administrative and payroll activities, ensuring accurate employee records and timely payroll submissions.
Prepare and provide HC reports and workforce data.
