Purpose

  • Responsible for cost effective and efficient management of Infrastructure, through the development & implementation of maintenance plans aligned with the strategic objectives of the Division.
  • Manage and guide teams of various artisan & outsourced staff e.g. groundskeeper, waste management teams etc.

Requirements
  • Engineering Degree (NQF 8) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6 yearsโ€™ minimum experience in the Built Environment & Maintenance.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
