Purpose
- To provide a professional reception service in welcoming CCMA visitors and directing them to the correct Departments in order for them to conduct their business efficiently.
- To respond to internal and external calls, take messages and channel calls to the appropriate persons.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience as a receptionist/switchboard operator in a professional/corporate environment.
