Purpose

  • Provide support to the National Learning & Development Manager in the administration and co-ordination of the national L&D Learning Plan, thereby ensuring a quality delivery in terms of system, process and procedure.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative role (within a learning environment will be beneficial)
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Email & Word)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (non - negotiable)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint (will be beneficial)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise
  • Good  minute taker
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good time management skills
  • Resourceful /willing to show initiative
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn new things

Responsibilities
  • Proactively coordinate & provide administrative support for all  leadership programmes as per the current learning rollout schedule
  • Proactively coordinate all learning interventions as per business needs
  • Assist L& D Manager to provide daily support via the Leadership and Learning Management Systems’ mailboxes
  • Proactively maintain records of all delegate data and Portfolios of Evidence
  • Co-ordinate/prepare the physical setup for training venues, including any audio-visual equipment/resources required
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, assignments etc.)
  • Co-ordinate all travel arrangements for the L&D Manager
  • Send monthly Learning Management System reports nationally
  • General administrative duties/ Project assistance
  • Ad – hoc duties as and when required
