Purpose
- To assume responsibility for and undertake duties relating to the administration and maintenance of computerised pay sheet preparation, time and attendance records and computerised leave recording systems and control systems in order to ensure that employees are correctly remunerated.
Requirements
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Finance or Human Resources Management field.
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that employees are correctly remunerated in terms of the respective conditions of employment.
- Ensuring that employee’s time and attendance records and leave recording in terms of their respective conditions of employment are correctly maintained.
- Implement payroll control systems within the department.
- Providing the Payroll Controller timeously with accurate payroll information and statistics.
- Draft correspondence, communicate and advise relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all payroll input has been checked.
- Ensuring all payroll source documents are kept in order after payroll processing.
- To ensure an effective payroll department service is provided.
- Undertake all related tasks.

Preferred Requirements:
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Finance or Human Resources Management field.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
