Purpose

• To provide and support efficient personalised generic and interface customer services to Eskom's residential customers in a defined geographical area.

Requirements

• Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages/Diploma/Certificate Low-voltage official at NQF4 with 120 credits
• 2 years of experience with basic understanding of electricity.
