Cure Day Hospitals is a dynamic and energetic company that is expanding rapidly with Fourteen (14) operational hospitals.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic MARKETING OFFICER to join our team in MBOMBELA, MPUMALANGA.

Grade 12 and Marketing related qualification.
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in marketing or similar roles at a medium to large organisation of which at least 1-year must be in medical industry and calling on doctors.
Experience in online marketing and advertising.

Good track record of client relationships or liaison.
Familiarity with technology used to assess performance.
Influencing and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills.
Detail-oriented and organising skill.
High energy levels.
Ability to handle pressure and to maintain good working relationship with other stakeholders.

Management of networking, internal staff functions and corporate social events.
Responsible for ensuring a positive relationship between key stakeholders, mainly between doctors, other medical practitioners, medical funders, and other relevant companies i.e., suppliers of equipment, etc.
Ownership of respective hospital’s marketing strategies.
Recruitment of new doctors and maintenance of current doctors.
Marketing of doctors to establish referring relationship between doctors.
Management of relations with Hospital Manager pertaining to liaising with doctors, practice managers and receptionists.
Co-ordination of the CPD programs for doctors.
Maintenance of the doctor database.
Targeted media marketing messages and campaigns i.e., social media, website, print.
Manage Corporate social community projects.
Planning and execution of marketing collateral.
General marketing activities to promote hospitals and company to the public, the community, doctors, and medical funders i.e., advertising, open days, sponsorships.
Submission of Monthly marketing report to Hospital Manger and Group Marketing Manager.
Submission of relevant end of month admin document i.e., Credit card recon, marketing inventory, logbook.
Maintaining and reporting of patient survey results.
Timeous collection of doctor and doctor’s receptionist surveys and data.
Maintaining individual budgets and hospital’s budgeted revenue.
