Purpose

  • County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Limited, aims to provide a BA Graduate with the opportunity to obtain training, gain knowledge and acquire practical experience in transitioning from student to employee for a fixed period of twelve (12) months at our Processing Plant in Fisantekraal.

Requirements
  • Matric Qualification
  • Currently unemployed without having completed a SETA internship on a previous occasion
  • Completed Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
Skills & Competencies
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • Be able to successfully summarise large volumes of data
  • Be able to perform administration tasks, in addition to other tasks assigned by management
  • Willingness to learn and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail
