• NTC2 with 4 relevant trade subjects all passed or Technical National Certificate Vocational Level 4 or higher with 7 subjects passed or Technical Matric Certificate including Pure Mathematics and Physical Science passed with relevant trade theory passed.
• All subjects to have been passed at 50% or above.

• NQF Level 3, Grade 11 or 12 Mathematic and Physical Science., (Added Advantage: Engineering Graphics design and Civil Technology) or N2 With Woodwork theory / Carpentry Theory, Building Science, Mathematics and Building Drawing.
• All subjects passed as 50% or above.

• Completed a degree or diploma in English, journalism or media studies, or demonstrate the ability to deliver on the expectations.
• 1 -3 years relevant experience 

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12.
• Previous experience in a customer focused service environment, e.g. reception, will be advantageous.
• GoodX system experience will be advantageous.

• Ability to capture 30 words per minute and at a 60% accuracy rate.

• Grade 12 (NQF level 4).
• A valid driver’s license (Code 8/ EB).
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in secretariat/financial administration.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with vendors, contractors (services providers) and client services.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in an institution of higher learning.

Added Advantages:

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in working with university financial systems.

• Relevant Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering (NQF level 5).
• Minimum 2 years working experience performing facilities maintenance duties, similar to those specified above.

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with two (2) years supporting at an Executive level.
• Experience in strategic and business planning and monitoring and reporting.

• Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification, preferably a National Diploma or B Com with financial accounting as a major subject.
• Minimum competency requirements or obtain in 18 months from appointment.
• 2-5 years relevant experience required.
• Valid Code B drivers’ licence.

• Diploma or advanced certificate in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology equivalent at NQF level 6
• Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology at NQF level 7 would be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
• At least 5 years' HR related experience
• Experience in the mining industry would be advantageous
