  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification);
  • Relevant customer care experience.

  • Perform front desk services by receiving and referring clients;
  • Provide dispatch call service;
  • Ensure register is signed and accurately completed;
  • Facilitate all complaints and escalate accordingly;
  • Compile a monthly local office report regarding enquiries or complaints as well as walk-in statistics;
  • Provide information to clients regarding available services;
  • Assist clients on how to access services from the department;
  • Render general administrative support services and maintain a record system.
