• This position requires a national diploma in Office Management, Public Administration or equivalent qualification at NQF 6 with 4 years of work experience in the relevant field or a degree in Office Management, Public Administration or equivalent qualification at NQF 7 with 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• A postgraduate degree in Office Management, Public Administration or equivalent degree at NQF 8 will be an added advantage.
• The possession of a valid driver’s licence with at least one-year practical driving experience and a willingness to travel is essential.

• An appropriate 3-year National Diploma (or higher qualification) majoring in Human Resource Management or B-Degree (or higher qualification) in Industrial Psychology;
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment and Selection environment.

Recommendation

• Experience in the following:
  • Online recruitment system and providing a support function;
  • Competency-based recruitment and selection and the administrative processes which is associated with these tasks;
  • Candidate sourcing across various professions and platforms and consultative;
  • Data management;
  • Advising Senior and Executive management on the recruitment and selection processes and best talent;
• Willingness to work longer hours and travel when required, A valid code B driving Licence.

• A bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Tourism/Travel.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in travel administration.
• Experience in public service/health sector or regulatory environment will be an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
