• Grade 12 / B. Comm Accounting / B. Comm Public Finance Management and Administration
• Code EB Driving licence

• Bachelor Honours Degree NQF Level 8 (480 credits) in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources / Social Sciences is essential.
• 8 years operational experience HR Generalist across function.
• 5 years management experience in Stakeholder and People Management is essential.
• Valid Code B driver’s license is essential.
• MS Office proficiency on an advanced level.

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, media production, communications, or a related field
• Minimum three years’ project management experience a must
• Experience in managing projects and project logistics

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor of Commerce: Banking or accounting. FAIS qualification, Regulatory Examinations 1.

• A HR related qualification (degree)
• At least 5-8 years relevant, fully fledged generalist experience at a management level, preferably in a retail corporate office  or related industry

• NQF 7 qualification (Bachelor’s degree) in economics, political science, public policy, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; including communications work related to poverty reduction, public policy, impact evaluations, or evidence-informed policymaking in government and/or NGOs.

Advantageous:

• Demonstrated ability to read and analyze rigorous quantitative research, including randomized evaluations, as well as interpreting and sharing policy lessons from randomized evaluations.
• Completed coursework in microeconomics, econometrics, and development economics.
• Writing and oral presentation skills in French.
• Familiarity with Drupal or other web Content Management System and Marketing Cloud for Salesforce.

• An appropriate NQF 7 qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in a Managerial role within a Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Investment Promotion environment;
• 5 years’ work experience in a role related to Marketing and Communications

• Relevant B-Degree Qualification in HR/IR.
• Candidates who are admitted Attorneys will receive preference.
• At least 1 years’ experience within Industrial Relations Management.

• A three-year Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years Human Resources Generalist experience, operating as a Transformation or Change Agent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a management level. 

• Diploma in Human Resources
• MS Office Suite experience
• Minimum 1-year administrative experience required

• Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial and Organisational Psychology 
• At least 5 years' experience in a PS Generalist role.
• Must have solid IR understanding and experience.
• Exposure to planning and executing of employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
