Ensure effective stock management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with timely product launches, stock rotation, and reporting stock movement.
Maintain operational excellence by keeping the sales floor and back areas hygienic, safe, organised, and aligned with company standards.
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers accurately and elevate their shopping experience.
Minimise shrinkage by adhering to security protocols, reporting suspicious activities, and enforcing a buddy system.
Exhibit personal leadership by adhering to attendance, dress code, and timekeeping policies, while actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
