Purpose

• Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Group's commercial agenda by developing and executing a unified sales and marketing strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth, enhances customer value and strengthens Servest's market position.
• You will provide executive leadership across business development, strategic sales, marketing, key account management, commercial excellence and pricing, while partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent executive qualification will be advantageous.
• Executive leadership experience within Facilities Management, Business Services, Security, Cleaning, Hygiene, Property Services, Logistics or Business-to-Business Services.
• 10 yrs + experience managing national commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of integrated solutions selling.
• Experience with CRM platforms, commercial analytics and digital sales enablement.
• Board and Executive Committee exposure will be advantageous.

• Develop and execute the Group's commercial strategy.
• Drive profitable annuity and non-annuity revenue growth.
• Expand market share and unlock new market opportunities.
• Lead pricing strategy and commercial analytics.
• Strengthen sector-based go-to-market strategies.
• Improve sales productivity, conversion and quality of earnings.

Customer & Market Leadership

• Build executive relationships with strategic customers.
• Lead Group Key Account Management.

Sales Leadership

• Lead and develop a high-performing national sales organisation.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations and Shared Services.
