Purpose

• To provide administrative support to the Purchasing Manager and Category Managers including compiling and circulating daily, monthly and annual reports, to assist the category managers with basic replenishment buying and ensuring that all day-to-day administration is maintained and updated.

• National Diploma - Marketing.
• Similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assistant to the Category Manager
• Support the Category Manager with consolidating promotional pricing for monthly regional promotions.
• Updating supplier company documents and assisting with updating regional supply agreements.
• Follow up on orders placed with Suppliers
• Monthly / Quarterly shop-outs done to ensure regional price files are updated.
• Preparation and submission of certain weekly, quarterly monthly, and annual Marketing reports
• Co-ordinate certain department meetings- booking of venues and organise catering
• Co-ordination of Marketing communication to retailers and suppliers
• Assist at various Marketing related Build it events e.g., Trade Shows,
• Golf Days and Public Events and Roadshows
