Purpose

  • Reporting to Manager: Multimedia, the successful incumbent is responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
  • The job incumbent will also be expected o shape the visual aspects of the Fund’s websites, social media platforms, publications, internal communications, marketing and related content.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design related qualification.
  • Relevant 4 years’ experience in a Graphic Design related environment.
  • Experience in Agency graphic designing environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Develop a design illustrating the offerings of the fund.
  • Develop a visual illustration showing the application process.
  • Formulate design concepts for the subject to be communicated.
  • Create designs and layouts for promotional designs or materials for the Fund.
  • Keep up with the graphic design trends and make recommendations where necessary.

Website Design

  • Design website graphics that are visually appealing and aligned to the mandate of the Fund.
  • Enhance the website with graphics that encourage interaction.

Reporting

  • Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulation reports.
  • Report regularly and periodically perform necessary submissions as and when required to provide progress updates and/or inform management decisions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure proactive and progressive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deal with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Aid in the maintenance of relationships with vendors, service providers or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on time.

Remuneration
