Purpose

  • We are searching for a dynamic & seasoned HR Manager who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the HR Generalist, Payroll and Talent Management space.
  • This is a senior level role. Our ideal candidate must be mature and demonstrate a high level of EQ and People skills.

Requirements
  • Degree (B.A. or B. Soc. Sci. or B. Com)
  • Over 10 years post-graduation relevant experience.
  • Over 3 years SAGE payroll experience.
  • Over 3 years manufacturing Company HR experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (excel at advanced level)
  • SAGE payroll
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership skills, from a business and authentic leadership perspective.
  • Ability to develop strategy and drive initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Passionate, deadline driven, reliable, accurate.
  • Good communicator in English.
  • Own transport essential
  • Occasional visits to branches / seminars / functions / meetings.
  • Occasional after hours and weekend work.
