Purpose

  • Responsible for providing statistical information to the Directorate regarding services provided.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Revises reports on statistics from the various Centres and highlights areas of concern/exceptions for submission to Management.
  • Attends to all enquiries.
  • Compiles and completes correspondence, memos and documents.
  • Receives and distributes statistical correspondence.
  • Undertakes duties related to monitoring of stats.
  • Attends to collection and compilation of reports related to statistics.
  • Attends to statistical application and submissions of reports.
  • Provides relief at switchboards as and when requested.
