Requirements

Finance, Cape Town:

  • 3-year National Accounting Diploma or similar relevant qualification or higher
  • Exposure to Excel and an Accounting package such as Pastel will be advantageous.

Supply Chain Management (SCM),  Cape Town:

  • BCom degree in SCM or Logistics or similar relevant qualification or higher
  • Computer literate.

Human Resources (HR), Pretoria:

  • 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant qualification or higher
  • Computer literate and ability to communicate effectively

Knowledge and Information Management Services (KIMS), Cape Town:

  • Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent with a strong interest in Knowledge and Information Science or any Bachelor degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Studies (PGDLIS)
  • Proficient in computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal would be advantageous.

Research Capacity Development (RCD), Cape Town/Pretoria:

  • Three-year qualification in a health science discipline or similar relevant qualification or higher
  • Computer literate and ability to communicate effectively. Exposure to Excel would be an advantage.

Health Safety and Environmental Office (HSE), Cape Town:

  • Higher education Diploma/Degree in Health and Safety or similar field.
  • Computer literate and ability to communicate effectively

Legal and Compliance Services, Cape Town:

  • Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB)
  • Computer literate and ability to communicate effectively

Capitec - Stellenbosch, Western Cape

Requirements
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Law or Industrial/Employee Relations
  • At least 3-5 years’ specialist experience within a Labour / Employee Relations environment, including CCMA, Labour Court, Disciplinary, EE etc.
  • Proven experience in conducting conciliations and arbitrations at the CCMA
  • Proven experience in conducting, initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required

Ideal or Preferred:

  • A relevant post-graduate qualification in Labour Law or Industrial/Employee Relations
  • Experience with the negotiation process with unions would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in conducting research for the draft of new or updating of existing ER policies and practices
  • Experience within a banking / financial / retail environment would be an added advantage
