• Matric / Grade 12 and at least a post-matric qualification at NQF level 6,
• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar secretarial/personal assistant position,
• Computer literacy, including full MS Office suite,
• Working knowledge and experience of a Financial Administration tool (e.g. InforLN).

The following would be advantageous:

• A degree;
• Candidates who worked in a similar secretarial/personal assistant position at a higher education institution.

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role;
• Matric or higher qualification preferred;
• Own vehicle and driver’s license.

• Bachelor Honours Degree NQF Level 8 (480 credits) in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources / Social Sciences is essential.
• 8 years operational experience HR Generalist across function.
• 5 years management experience in Stakeholder and People Management is essential.
• Valid Code B driver’s license is essential.
• MS Office proficiency on an advanced level.

• A HR related qualification (degree)
• At least 5-8 years relevant, fully fledged generalist experience at a management level, preferably in a retail corporate office  or related industry

• National Diploma in Animal Production / Agricultural Management / Animal Health
• Advanced Diploma will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in farm management (Livestock)

• Human Resources/Industrial Psychology NQF Level 8 qualification or equivalent
• Masters/Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage
• Understanding payroll administration specifically Sage 300/Sage VIP System will be added advantage
• 5-10 years senior-level experience (extensive generalist experience, as well as appropriate management experience) in Human Resources in the public sector
• Unendorsed Driver’s license
• Working in a unionized environment will be added advantage

• Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial and Organisational Psychology 
• At least 5 years' experience in a PS Generalist role.
• Must have solid IR understanding and experience.
• Exposure to planning and executing of employee wellness and engagement initiatives.

• Grade 12 / Matric - National Diploma/B Degree in Human Resources or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in either of the following or combination of (within Hospitality or Retail )
