Requirements
- Senior certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Post-matric NQF-6 qualification in Human Management, Human Resource Development or Office Administration.
- Project management knowledge and capabilities.
Skills & Competencies
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
- Appropriate language and communication skills, including sound writing skills;
- Ability to take minutes and plan meetings
- Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision.
- Ability to function under stressful environment and cope with heavy workload.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the strategic planning and administration of the CET programme.
- Planning of meetings and minutes taking for all CET related meetings with different stakeholders and other people development meetings.
- Monitoring of student’s attendance for monthly reporting at various platforms.
- Arrange training logistics such as gathering paperwork before training, venue bookings and capturing of stats CET and for non-clinical skills development programmes where required.
- Travelling to the EMS districts to assist with the CET programme.
- Assist with HRD admin functions where required.

- It will be expected of candidates to be conversant in at least two of the official languages (English/Afrikaans/Xhosa) of the Western Cape.
- It will be expected of shortlisted candidates to be: available at the venue on the time and date as determined by the Department and bring along recently (not older than 6 months) certified copies of your Identity Document (ID), driver’s license (if applicable for the post), qualification and/or proof of registration at relevant statutory body.
