OK Furniture, a division of the Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our management team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced furniture retail environment where customer service and operational excellence are key.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all departments within the branch.
This includes driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, leading and developing the branch team, and ensuring that customers' needs are consistently identified and met while achieving business objectives.

Essential: Matric. Branch Manager Designate Programme
Essential: (2 years) Furniture Procedures. (2 years) Branch Management Experience (2 years) Retail Experience

Essential .(6 months) Branch Systems. (6 months) Branch reports. (1 year) Computer literacy.
Desirable .(1 year) Furniture Product. (1 year) Stock Management. (6 months) Financial Management. (6 months) Performance Management.
