Purpose
- Applications are invited to apply for the Handyman vacancy to join a team based at St John’s College.
- This role reports directly to the Facilities Manager in the Facilities Management Business Unit.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Technical tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Technical background, practical training on basic handyman services
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Have sound knowledge of a maintenance environment
- Previous responsibility and successful performance on comparable FM contracts
- Proven knowledge of contracts
