Purpose
- To perform HR SF System tasks that relate to the administration of employee data within an assigned Division. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources

- Manage and load new Recruits
- Workflow Administration of Business and Employee master data
- Query resolution and support
- Data validation
Additional Information
- Experience in working in a highly confidential environment
- Experience working in an environment with strict SLAβs and deadlines
- HR Administration experience essential
- Professional Client Centric environment
- Dealing with highly confidential information
- Experience in trouble shooting and query resolutions (IT and HR)
- Preferable experience with Capitec HR processes and procedures
- Preferable experience in HR data capturing and data maintenance
