Purpose

  • To perform HR SF System tasks that relate to the administration of employee data within an assigned Division. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources

  • Manage and load new Recruits
  • Workflow Administration of Business and Employee master data
  • Query resolution and support
  • Data validation
Additional Information
  • Experience in working in a highly confidential environment
  • Experience working in an environment with strict SLA’s and deadlines
  • HR Administration experience essential
  • Professional Client Centric environment
  • Dealing with highly confidential information
  • Experience in trouble shooting and query resolutions (IT and HR)
  • Preferable experience with Capitec HR processes and procedures
  • Preferable experience in HR data capturing and data maintenance
