Requirements
- Recognised National Diploma in Secretarial (NQF Level 6) or equivalent qualification
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in clerical/administrative environment
- Experience in rendering a support service to senior management
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Provides secretarial support service to the principal
- Renders administrative support services to the office of the principal
- Renders administrative support services to College Council in respect of meetings, claims, travelling and other relevant activities
- Provides support regarding meetings/conferences/summits/corporate functions and budget
- Studies the relevant Public Service and departmental prescripts/ policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly and support the principal in execution

Remuneration
- R338 106 per annum plus benefits.
- Benefits include an annual service bonus.
- Membership of the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is compulsory.
- Employees may also be eligible to receive a Homeowner’s housing allowance and the employer’s medical aid subsidy. (Details regarding the fringe benefits are available on request.)
- Permanent position is subject to 12months probation.
