Responsibilities
- Taking full administrative responsibility for the content of the online store
- Ensuring all product is uploaded accurately (occupational shopping hazard – be warned!)
- Checking accuracy, loading through live systems, ensuring sales-optimised product presentation, segmenting customer bases, identifying opportunities to move stock, offer promos & enhance the online customer assortment – generally, just delight our FIXATED customer!
- Curate the design work to be on-brand, on point, on target – look good & deliver results, obvs
- Meet KPIs on sales, stock flow, markdowns and IMUs
- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties (not those kinds of parties!) – planning, studio, central ecomm, brands, contact centre, logistics – essentially make new friends and achieve great results together
