Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the Senior People Data, Insights and MIS Specialist role is to lead the gathering, analysis and understanding of the People function’s data and analytics requirements and translating these requirements into analytics and providing technical solutions that meet the relevant business objectives. This role ensures the provision of meaningful data insights, MIS and reporting which can be used proactively by the broader People team to improve People practices, productivity and decision making.
