Purpose

  • To provide overall administration and support to promote the success of the HR team.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification

Skills & Competencies

  • Computer Literate (MS Office. G-suite) 
  • Previous experience/exposure in HR will be advantageous 
  • A driven and proactive individual 
  • A hardworking individual with solid academic performance through-out their studies
  • Good communication, planning and organising skills 
  • Competencies required: Working with people; Adhering to principles and values; Delivering and meeting expectations; Following instructions and procedures; Planning and organising; Coping with pressure; Adapting and responding to change

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and HR-related tasks
  • Recruitment and Selection process
  • Administering and coordinating the onboarding of new employees
  • Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes
  • Administering and coordinating SD/EE meetings 
  • Industrial Relations matters where needed 
  • Compiling meeting packs and taking minutes where needed
  • Ad-hoc projects
