Purpose
- To provide overall administration and support to promote the success of the HR team.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification
Skills & Competencies
- Computer Literate (MS Office. G-suite)
- Previous experience/exposure in HR will be advantageous
- A driven and proactive individual
- A hardworking individual with solid academic performance through-out their studies
- Good communication, planning and organising skills
- Competencies required: Working with people; Adhering to principles and values; Delivering and meeting expectations; Following instructions and procedures; Planning and organising; Coping with pressure; Adapting and responding to change
Responsibilities
- Administrative and HR-related tasks
- Recruitment and Selection process
- Administering and coordinating the onboarding of new employees
- Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes
- Administering and coordinating SD/EE meetings
- Industrial Relations matters where needed
- Compiling meeting packs and taking minutes where needed
- Ad-hoc projects
