Purpose
- Mazars has an opportunity available for a focused dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department, based at our Century City offices.
- You will support the Cape Town talent acquisition team with specific recruitment and HR administration relating to the full recruitment cycle of intermediate to senior roles.
- In addition, you will assist nationally with certain roles, as and when required.
- To be considered, solid experience in a similar role is an absolute must.
Requirements
- Matric & recognised HR qualification (in either HR, Psychology, Business Management or similar)
- A minimum of 5 years’ years working experience in similar role and environment (audit, legal or professional services) – essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing at an intermediate to senior level
- Proven track record in managing stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing a high number of specs at any given time
- In-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA and EE Act
- Proven experience with recruitment metrics
- Knowledge of recruitment systems, databases and processes

Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate the full recruitment cycle for intermediate to senior level roles (screening, interviewing, assessments when required through to offer stage
- Conducting candidate reference checks where applicable
- Reviewing relevant offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring that accuracy and quality is maintained
- Responsible for candidate relationship management, manages prospects and creates talent pools for specific niche roles across various regions and disciplines
- Provides the initial briefing as well as the final presentation of candidates to HR Managers and/or National Talent Acquisition Managers (when required) ensuring a consistent and effective review process for each candidate
- Conducts qualifying calls with candidates based on “must have” requirements needed for certain roles
- Coordinating the national international mobility programs (secondments and move)
- Assist coordinating MIS recruitment and the administration thereof
- Sourcing and recruitment for graduate recruitment programmes (bursary programme, articles programmes, vacation programme)
