- Grade 12 (Matric)
- A relevant Culinary qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior Baker role.
- Previous working experience as an Artisan Baker will be a great advantage
- Designing and improving recipes.
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Plan and maintain the required daily and weekly production
- Assisted in creating new recipes.
- Order and stock raw supplies ahead to avoid shortages.
- Develop process improvements to avoid wastages and production delays.
- Maintain production records.
- Prepare and bake all bakery items for menu and catered events following standardized recipes.
